Submission Format
All mp3 submissions must be high quality encodings. I require a minimum bit rates of 256k for all mp3 submissions. In special cases I will accept 196k on request which must be reviewed. This is done in an effort to present the band and the SoundTrip podcast in the most professional high quality standards possible.
I will also accept flac, shn, ape or apple lossless formats. If you have any questions or would like technical help with these formats I will be glad to assist; please just drop me a line.
Legal
By submitting any songs or videos to SoundTrip you are granting SoundTrip Media Productions the perpetual right to include the songs or videos on any SoundTrip podcast, to use the songs to promote SoundTrip and use the artists name, picture, logo or any other material you may provide for promotion of the podcast for which the material is featured. Any and all compensation is in the form of promotional value only.
Your submission implies that you are legally qualified to represent the artist. Any legal damages arising from the submission or subsequent use of such material in any SoundTrip podcast is the sole responsibility of you, the submitter. SoundTrip can not be held liable in any way for any action arising from any submission.
You and the artist retain all rights to your songs and videos under this non-exclusive license agreement.
A submission does not guarantee that any material will be featured on SoundTrip. The determination of such is at the full discretion of SoundTrip.
